Modern Victorian Remodel on Pine Street, San Francisco

The remarkable douglas fir shiplap floors were reclaimed from Yakima Golding Farms Hops Warehouse, circa 1925 in Buena, Washington. Table top is handcrafted from last Tamarack joists from Moscow, Idaho Granary. Its base was built with planed staves from an organic apple cider vinegar tank. The kitchen island was remodeled from an existing piece to fit the new kitchen space. Our friends at Joyce Bros Metalworks in San Francisco crafted and installed the living room fireplace and mantel.
